to use my knowledge of the profession which will result in significant learning for the students to take into account the students' general culture and what is prescribed by the MELS program Competency 2
Communiquer clairement et correctement dans la langue denseignement, loral et lcrit, dans les divers contextes lis la profession enseignante.

to help students in the developement of their English competency to maintain a constant amendement of my oral and written reflections to take a stance, support my ideas and arguments in a coherent and riguorous manner while using an appropriate vocabulary and syntax. Competency 3

Concerns
List, in point form, some of your apprehensions (2 or 3) indicating how you plan to deal with them. To have difficulty maintaining a high level of motivation with elementary level students o I will plan a variety of scaffolding activities and seek support from my associate teacher for knowledge on where the students are positioned according to their Zone of Proximal Developement. To maintain classroom routines parallel to my assosiate teachers style so as to not discomfort the students habits and routines o I will closely observe my associate teachers interactions with students, tone of voice and gesture control To maintain and effectively use different teaching methods in order to render a similar learning experience as my associate teacher o I will have another meeting with my associate teacher and closely observe her teaching methods

Expectations
List some of the actions you intend to take in order to fully appreciate your practicum. To interact with my associate teacher as much as possible and ask for feedback on my style, level of confidence, credibility and lesson plan fluidity To talk to students to get to know the level and individual differences of each learner so as to enrich my level of confidence on a one-on-one basis To team teach one or two periods in cooperation with my associate teacher so as to have a fluid introduction and switch of teacher anxiety towards the students Presented and discussed with : Student teacher : Associate teacher : . ____________________________ .
