EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project work is pursued as a part of MBA summer training at IFTM University, Moradabad. It is undertaken as a traineeship at C.L. Gupta exports Ltd. The project is done under expert supervision and guidance of Mr. Arun Upadhyay (HR Manager, C.L. Gupta Exports Ltd.) People in any organization manifest themselves not only through individual sections but also through the group interactions. When individuals come to the work place, they came with not only technical skills, soft skills & knowledge but also with their personnel feelings, perceptions, desire motives, attitudes & values. Therefore employee management in an organization means management of not only technical skills but also other factors of HR. One of the basic assumptions distinct to the discipline of Organization Behavior is that there are differences between individuals working in the same organization. Each individual is an island in him, subject to particular motives, aspirations, perceptions& abilities. The behavior of each individual is influenced by several factors, environmental factors, personnel factors, organizational systems & resources & psychological factors influence on him behavior. He likes the job when he is satisfied with the conditions of the job. Attitude & motivation plays an important role in reflecting the satisfaction of the employee. Employee wants a pay system which is simple, fair & in line with their expectations. If the pay system is not up to the expectations they get dissatisfied. In addition to wages, compatible working conditions also contribute to Motivation. Organization keeping in minds the famous adage that A happy worker is a productive worker. The undertaken research report have discussed about the concept of Motivation and found out the answers of few questions like, what is the expectation of the employees about the job, what is the satisfaction level of the employees. The undertaken research report have used primary and secondary data both. Major finding in this report was that minimum employees are not satisfied. Major limitation in this report was that, employees are not able to understand the questionnaire.
