NETSTAR TECHNOLOGIES AUTHORIZED SALES AGENT APPLICATION

This is an application for NetStar Technologies’ Agency Program. The program is


designed to allow qualified agents to sell selected NetStar Technologies products,
services, and solutions and to receive a commission for those sales. Submission of an
application does not automatically qualify a vendor for the Agency Program.

Please complete the application in detail. You may attach additional information as
appropriate. Applicants are evaluated upon such criteria as financial history, portfolio of
services offered, client base, and a business plan. Authorized Sales Agents will be
required to sign a contract.

General Guidelines

• The company must have been established at least one year prior to the application
date.
• Interexchange carriers or resellers of AT&T, Broadwing Communications, Emeritus
Communications, Qwest Communications, SBC/Southwestern Bell Telephone,
Verizon, and Sprint Communications services are not eligible for the sales agency
program.
• Evidence of liability insurance for the company must be provided.
• Your company must be willing to invest the time and effort necessary to meet a
negotiated quota.
• The principals of your company must not have been employed by or acted as
representatives for another AT&T, Broadwing Communications, emeritus
Communications, Qwest Communications, SBC/Southwestern Bell Telephone,
Verizon, and Sprint Communications authorized agent during the past twelve months.

NetStar Technologies provides the Authorized Sales Agents pre and post sales support,
applications development, handbooks, and product training.

Authorized Sales Agents will be expected to do their own sales activities, order
preparation, implementation coordination, and ongoing customer management.
