A: Basic Documents are required for all applicants: Nanyang Application Form 1) (Applicant need to fill in all the particulars) Nanyang Student Escrow Confirmation Form 2) (Applicant must sign and fill in a personal bank account. Parents or Guardian need to sign if applicant below age 18) 3) ICA Form IMM 16 duly completed and signed by the applicant 4) ICA Form V36 duly completed and signed by the applicant 5) 4 recent passport-sized photographs of applicant Photocopy of applicants travel document/Passport pages showing his/her full particulars and 6) travel documents date of expiry 7)* Applicants Birth Certificate (photocopy) 8)* Applicants highest Educational Certificates and transcripts (Certified or notarized copy) Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit 9)* accounts/saving accounts(photocopy) Applicants Letter of Employment, if any 10) (letter should state date of commencement, designation, and salary per month or Business Registration Certificate) Parents Letter of Employment, if any 11) (letter should state date of commencement, designation, and salary per month or Business Registration Certificate) 12) Photocopy of Parents Identity Card or Travel Document, if any B: Other Supporting document, if any) 13) Photocopy of siblings Identity Card or Travel Document 14) Photocopy of Applicants testimonials from school and/or employer, if any 15) Photocopy of applicants certificate or result slip as proof of proficiency in the English language Remarks

All the photocopy document must use A4 size pager Please ensure that the application forms and all the necessary documents are correctly completed and Signed. Applicants from Visa Required Countries* are required to produce the documentary proof of financial ability Official translation of the documents is required if they are not in the English language. All highest educational certificates and transcripts must be certified or notarized by Public Notary/Supreme Court Successful applicants must produce all the original copies of their documents for verification when collection their student pass in Singapore. The data and documents submitted by the applicant are use solely for the purpose of student visa application only.
