THE GLOBAL STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP GAP

OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES WE FACE TODAY

Today, despite the proliferation of achievement of national independence by these peoples, most are still struggling
with the reality of economic, technological, political and social colonialism. A lack of visionary leaders, lack of national
pride, a poor work ethic, a culture of corruption, contribute to the state of many of these developing nations: in Nigeria,
Africa, Central America, the Caribbean, the Far East and Asia. The wealth and natural resources in these nations are
tremendous and if properly managed would eradicate the scourge of poverty plaguing these nations. The abuse,
mismanagement, rape, and hoarding of this wealth has rendered millions of people helpless, depressed, destitute,
devastated and disillusioned. The primary challenge of Third World peoples is to overcome the barriers to
unleashing their full potential and optimizing their God endowed resources.

THE BARRIERS ARE THREE FOLD:

Unleashing Personal Leadership and Greatness; providing the estimated 4 billion people that tools and resources to
discover, understand, release and maximize their human potential and achieve their unique personal significance.

Unleashing Organizational Leadership and Greatness; providing the public and private sector institutions and
leaders in TWDN the tools, techniques, strategies and solutions to leverage their unique strategic and competitive
advantage to achieve organizational success, achievement and growth.

Unleashing National Leadership and Greatness; providing governments and national leaders in the TWDN the
strategic frameworks and competencies for creating, developing, articulating, implementing and executing national
strategy; translating vision into massive, measurable realities.

THE LEVELS OF OUR STRATEGIC INTERVENTIONS

The art, practice and discipline of strategy has never been more important. The ability to execute strategy is more
important than the strategy in itself. Less than 10% of strategies effectively formulated are effectively executed. In 70%
of failures the real problem isn’t bad strategy….It’s bad execution.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL, WE MUST DEVELOP SOLUTIONS THAT:

1. Provide the over 4 Billion people on the planet the resources and tools to craft, develop, execute personal
strategy and achieve personal greatness, excellence and performance.

2. Provide Organizations and Corporate Leaders across Third

World Developing Nations the resources and tools to craft, develop, execute organizational strategy and
achieve organizational greatness, excellence and performance.

3. Provide Governments and National Leaders across Third World

Developing Nations the resources and tools to craft, develop, execute governmental strategy and achieve
national and regional greatness, excellence and performance.

4. Provide Global Leaders the resources and tools to craft, develop,

execute global strategy and achieve global impact, greatness, excellence and performance
