I am very excited that you are interested into the Annunciation Seminary. Let me address
your questions.

Question #1: How do you propose to ordain men if you have no faculties given that you
have not been ordained?

The Church will always have within its ability (meaning the faculties) to consecrate the
Bishop Of Rome. There have however been times throughout history which the Bishop of
Rome has died without being consecrated. We name them as follows:

(Elected - Death)
Stephen II (752 – 752)
John XIV (984 – 985)
Celestine IV (1241 – 1241)
Adrian V (1276 – 1276)

What really matters is what God ordains for us by His Holy Will. We, the Church of
Philadelphia according to Apocalypse, are mentioned as having “the patience and the faith
of the saints.” (Apocalypse 13:10) and being “a pillar in the temple of my God.”
(Apocalypse 3:12) We must remind Ourselves, my dear beloved friend [x], that patience is a
great merit before God. “He that is faithful in that which is least, is faithful also in that
which is greater: and he that is unjust in that which is little, is unjust also in that which is
greater.” (Luke 16:10) We however, are going to be prudent about the matter, and We have
been assigning various Catholics and resources both in and outside of the United States to
search for a Bishop, in hopes that he would renounce his heresy (or heresies) and
consecrate Us, the Pope. Canon 219 is written down as follows: “The Roman Pontiff
legitimately elected obtains, from the moment he accepts the election, the full power of
supreme jurisdiction by divine right.” Pope Michael has jurisdiction which is needed to
have legitimate Sacraments, for he accepted the papal election on 16 July 1990.
Traditionalists nor Novus Ordo do not have any jurisdiction, therefore all their sacraments,
even if they had not changed the rites of the Sacraments, would still be illegitimate, and
those that receive them commit mortal sin. For Jurisdiction alone comes from the Pope,
that is a valid pope. Antipopes (by Catholic definition means: one claiming to be Pope) do
not have jurisdiction inside the Church for their unbelief puts them outside the Church as
St. Thomas of Aquinas states in his Summa Theologica (II-II Q. 10 A. 3), Therefore, it is
clear that the sin of unbelief is greater than any sin that occurs in the perversion of
morals. A Bishop without jurisdiction, is like a head without the body, useless and dead.
But the Bishop of Rome contains the keys to Infallibility and Jurisdiction both are necessary
in the preservation of the Church, the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. The
former retains the faithful in the purity of Truth, which is the Christian Faith, while the
latter confirms the faithful with sanctifying grace through the Sacraments and ultimately
the salvation of their souls.

Question #2: What qualifications in Canon Law do you have?

Our Reigning Pontiff, wrote most of the Canon Law in the book, Will the Catholic Church
Survive the Twentieth Century? Look at those who devote themselves to physical science or
to any field, they are knowledgeable for having constantly studied in that particular field.
That is the same with Pope Michael. He has been studying Canon Law since 1981 to the
present, that would come out to be 28 years. If you practiced, logically thinking this out,
for 28 years some particular activity or study, would you not be knowledgeable in that field?

Question #3: What qualifications in Church History does Phil Friedl have?

I, Phil Friedl, am just a poor wretched sinner. I am nothing in myself, but with God's grace
more importantly sanctifying grace, is wisdom attained as St. Thomas of Aquinas states in
his Summa Theologica (Secunda Secundæ Q. 45 A.4) “I answer that, The wisdom which is a
gift of the Holy Ghost, as stated above (Article 1), enables us to judge aright of Divine
things, or of other things according to Divine rules...Therefore it follows that the wisdom
of which we are speaking cannot be together with mortal sin.” In regards to qualifications
that I have, it is through study that We become qualified, that is why I came here to The
Annunciation Seminary to become qualified in Church History as to teach and preach it.
