Your Parish is hereby requested to participate in this tournament. IMPORTANT POINTS OF NOTE: The entry fee per team is Rs.1100/- to be paid along with the entry form on or before 05/05/2013. Entry form should be signed and Sealed by the parish priest of respective Parish. Entry form without Signature will not be considered. Last date for submission of Entry form is 05/05/2013. Organizers will only provide balls and wickets for every match and the rest of the cricket equipment should be brought by the teams. SOFT tennis balls will be used for the tournament. There will be neutral umpires for all the matches & umpire decision is final. Anytime if the Umpires cannot make the decision, organizers will step up and make the decision. Also, the Organizers along with MATCH REFEREE have the right to overrule umpires decisions. One player can play for only one team in the tournament. If it comes to the organizers notice that a team has a player who has played for another team in the tournament, then the team will be penalized. Team has to be in the ground 30 minutes before the game start time. If the team doesnt show up on time, the other team will be declared as the winner. This will be followed strictly since we are very restricted on the ground reservation and availability. Organizers have the right to cancel the match at any point of time. Also, organizers have the right to eliminate any teams from the tournament at any point depending upon the situation. Tournament fee will not be refunded at any cost.

 PLAYERS MUST COMPULSORILY WEAR JERSEY DURING THE COURSE OF PLAY AS THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZERS WANT TO MAINTAIN THE STANDARDNESS OF THE TOURNAMENT. If the match cannot be played under any un-avoidable conditions such as rain, bad weather/ light, or interruptions of any form, a NEW match will not be played. The match will be continued from the state it was halted no matter what. ONLY the Umpires of that match have the right to declare if a match cannot be continued. The batsman can only appeal if he thinks he cannot see the ball or appeal for other unplayable conditions but if the Umpire thinks otherwise and requests that play shall be continued, the match MUST be continued. If not, the team who doesnt want to play still will forfeit the match and declared to have lost the match. Also, if a team misbehaves on the field such as abuse a player/ umpire or indulge in any activities that may cause unnecessary problems, the Umpires have the right to STOP the match at any time and declare the Winners. Again, anytime if the Umpires cannot make the decision, Organizers along with MATCH REFEREE will step up and make the decision. Also, the Organizers have the right to over-rule Umpires decisions on whether a match can/cannot be continued In case of any objections from any team, a sum of Rs.1000/should be deposited in advance and will be paid only if the objection is Valid.

TOURNAMENT & GAME Format: First 20 Teams will be allowed to participate in the tournament. Tournament will be held on Knock out basis. Only player who is below 25 years of age is allowed to participate in the tournament. (Born on or after 12/05/1988) Identity of ORIGINAL age proof [Driving License/ Birth Certificate/ Passport / Voter ID / SSLC Marks Card/ Pan Card] is to be submitted before the players take the field. Each side will have 11 players on the field and 2 extra players (12th Man a compulsory) and a Team Manager. Only players in 13 man squad are eligible to play in the tournament. NO SUBSTITUTION IS ALLOWED ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED. Every game will be of 5 overs only. If necessity arises, then overs might be deducted. A bowler can bowl a maximum of 1 over. If a Game ends in a tie, Winners will be declared via Super Over and if necessary, then Toss. All ICC rules are applicable in the Tournament (Incl. LBW) First 2 overs will be of mandatory power play with maximum of 3 players outside the circle and for the remaining 3 overs, maximum of 5 players are allowed outside the circle. Chucking is strictly prohibited. Lots will be taken on 5th of May, 2013. Details regarding Venue will be informed later.
