PROJECT HOUSING DETAILS

Planned housing calls for upto 43 houses within 2 minutes walking distance from the masjid. This will bring the total to about 200 Muslim families in the Pflugerville area.

Total area 16.91 acre. Housing land will be 12.4 acre Masjid land will be 4.5 acre for masjid and future activities
Masjid area and future growth area would be secured by buying the land Property is bought as a Cash Deal by an LLC, Masjid area will be donated to ICP to avoid any conflict of interest. House will be 2k sq ft minimum Minimum $175k and above ( not including land). Effective Tax rate is 2.744 %

PROJECT MASJID DETAILS

Planned Masjid, will InshaAllah be scholar in residence

All activities happening on ICP premises will be subject to compliance with ICP Bylaws.

Scholar will have complete authority over religious matters.

Scholar will be from ASWJ, following one of the 4 schools of fiqh and one of the 3 schools of Aqidah The scholar will only resort to another school of Fiqh, as a last resort. Otherwise will stick to the school of Fiqh that he belongs to.

Halal income only, for purchase of plots, because part of the funds go to purchase of masjid land.

Plan to establish a revenue model for Masjid to support activities and reduce dependence on fund-raising. Involvement of youth and community in building masjid
