ST.BONIFACIUS, Minn. Crown students are being blessed for the opportunity to have chapel four times a week. However, there has been some students think that chapel songs are too traditional, some think they are like secular concerts. Above all, worship is done in chapel with songs but overall during every step of our lives. Keldon Ellis, the organizer of chapel ministry, tells us more in depth the importance of worship. Keldon emphasized that worship at Crown happens every day, all day. From the time when we wake up, we have the Bible studies in the dorms, to prayer meetings in the Chapel, to the conversations among friends, to the hard work students pour into their studies, to the corporate gatherings we have in the gym; worship is always happening at Crown College Ellis brings a refreshing message to Crown students as he began to share his opinion of true worship which is worshipping in spirit and truth. This means that we are ready to lay down our pride, our ambitions, our entertainment, our selfishness, and receive what God is revealing to us, as we offer our heart to him. It means that a real thing is happening: people are engaging with the Lord, and his Holy Spirit is changing us to become more like him.

testimony in Deeper Life week. He testified that he was healed from an unexplainable disease and these have made him stronger in Jesus. Stumbo was seventy-seven days in the hospital, eighteen months not able to eat, and doctors could not explain what he had. Stumbo has significantly contributed for the spiritual growth at Crown College. Stumbo is a great pastor, he was the pastor of my parents and he impacted the life of my parents as an example of healing as he gone through so much and always having a positive attitude through harsh situations in his life. The story of his life is inspiring as I have learned from him the importance of submitting to Gods will and trusting in Him in all times, said Brandon Pearson, student of Crown College.

Pearson also mentioned that Stumbo has served as a pastor in the Alliance churches from Pennslyvania to Oregon. Stumbo was the pastor of his parents at the time he was born and also close friend of the family. Pearson became to have appreciation and admiration to Stumbo since little, as he heared stories of how he had impacted the life of his parents as a pastor and how highly they talked about him. Stumbo has become a positive influence and an example of trusting in God in all times in the lives of the Pearsons family.

For students, faculty, and staff it is was a great blessing to have John Stumbo at Crown College. His life and example are a real testimony that Jesus is the greatest Healer and the only one we can trust. Also, Stumbo is an outstanding encourager as a writer in his book An Honest Look at a Mysterious Journey. The Crown Community will not forget how influential contributions he has brought to the fellowship of the college community. We are excited for what God will continue to do in his life and ministry. ###
