Introduction

Either the Site Manager or Commissioning Leader should complete this checklist. This checklist serves as basis to check site availability to power up the DCS & ESD and start pre-commissioning/commissioning activities. Without all or the majority of checks in place the project cannot be executed efficiently.

Any additional information which help to ensure an optimized/improved commissioning process are always welcome.
