On April 17, 2013 our department along with Beachwood Police, and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's's office conducted a joint prostitution operation at the Homestead Guest Studios. During the operation a female officer from Beachwood Police acting as an escort in an undercover role received numerous calls from males for sex for hire. During these calls a price was determined for services. At 2053 hours a male identified as Quentin Groves called and made arrangements for certain acts (see call record). Groves requested full service, and stated he would bring condoms. He agreed to one hour of time for 100.00 and was told that anal would be an additional 20.00. He arrived to room 231 at approximately 2228 hours and knocked on the door. He was then taken in to custody and given Miranda Rights without incident. He was issued citation OV-C10782 and given a Bedford Court date of May 10, 2013 and

released from the scene. 195.70 dollars in cash and a box of condoms were seized and taken in as evidence.
