This edition consists of Reception Manager software only. In this edition, a single computer is required. Enterprise Edition This is a very powerful, yet simple to operate enterprise visitor management system. It combines a host of powerful features to manage and track visitors and the employees they are visiting at your premises. The whole check in procedure is very simple and user friendly Operation On arrival of visitor, reception officer enters details alongwith photograph of visitor.The reception officer then forwards this data to the concerned staff member. Upon receiving positive acknowledgement from the staff member, the visitor data is forwarded to security officer. Visitors pass is printed after receiving authorization from security officer. Features l Distributed System. Staff members are notified about the arrival of visitors and they can allow/deny the visitor from their console. l Passholders . There is a special support for the visitors, those who visit organization on routine basis. l Security Officer. Security Officer is an entity which finally authorizes a visitors entry. l User Level Security. Each staff member is assigned a user id and a password to logon to the system. He/she is also member of groups which controls his/her access to the system.

Applications Reception Manager This software is installed at the receptionists desk. This software creates visitor cards. Reception Manager Administrator This software is installed at the system administrators desk. This software is used to add/edit staff members details, monitor their availability status, issue pass to the passholders, etc. Reception Manager Reporter This software is used for printing reports based on visitors data. These reports can be based on custom queries. The reports can be exported to HTML, or can be printed. Reception Manager Client Console This software is installed on every staff members system. This software communicates with the Reception Manager system, and informs about visitors arrival, and also authorizes visitor passes (for Security Officers only).
