The first step towards transforming education is by helping the existing professionals from all fields give-back to the education system! On one hand, Litchi provides consultancy services to educational institutes and helps them unleash their potential for providing quality education. On the other hand, Litchi acts as an incubator for new businesses in the field of education. The aim is to help individuals launch new initiatives towards transforming education. These initiatives work as Litchi's strategic business units (SBUs) until they are able of functioning as self-sustainable businesses. Thus, we create a mutually beneficial condition for both - the education system and the entrepreneurs in the field of education. Our Successes
Since its inception, every initiative started by Litchi has become a benchmark of success. From enabling new technologies to leadership training & development, from year-round academic and health performance management to facilitating CBSE-guided programs, from psychological well-being to creative development, we are running some of the most innovative and cost-effective solutions. Each of our units is today a profitably working SBU of Litchi. Business Head After completing five years in HR and recruiting top-tier talent for the likes of DS Group and Corporate Associates (consultants to E&Y, British Petroleum, Reliance etc.), he moved to Litchi as a founding member. He is an MBA from Amity Business School, Noida.

Mayank Aggarwal
Head - iguardian Before co-founding Litchi, she gained extensive experience in the Training and Development industry through her work with ICFAI Business School as a Research Associate in trainings and training methodologies, then as a Senior Trainer at Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training, and later as the Centre Head for Avlon Academy, an Aptech Group initiative. She is an MBA in Human Resource Management from SBS .

Dr Simmi Mahajan

Head - HealthChamps

After working on various Business Development projects with Britannia, HUL, and CII (China), he worked at Shrenuj & Company as a Business Development Manager. He also worked as an independent Business Development Consultant, before founding Litchi in 2009. He is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.

Post his jobs at SAP Labs India and I-flex Solutions (now known as Oracle Financial Services), he first founded "Siddhast IP Innovation Pvt Ltd", a company offering intellectual property & business consulting. He then helped found Litchi and was instrumental in building the IT development centres. He is a B.Tech from UP Technical University.

Prior to this role, she was a director of one of the Apollo Group Franchisee hospitals. A BHMC from Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi, she has proven expertise in childhood asthma and skin disease and has received Dr Yudhvir Singh award for her contribution to homeopathy.
