The Responsibility Clause

To Whom It May Concern; This verbiage is intended to be attached to and written into any legislation that will affect the citizens of this town, city, county, state, or country(s) ability to defend themselves from any attack, assault, robbery or killing. The Federal Government, State, County, City, or Entity that restricts our ability to defend ourselves, or others as a result of restricting our ability to exercise our Second Amendment rights, (AS OUR FORFATHERS INTENDED; protecting our property, liberty, and lives from INTERNAL and external enemies including but not limited to our own government) SHALL BE LIABLE FOR COSTS AND DAMAGES occurring as a result of such an attack in which that entity, ( the City, County, State and/or Federal Government, or Individual entity such as The United Nations, but not limited to them) DID not DEFEND US. The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down With the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. Thomas Jefferson Any and all of these entities shall be liable depending on which entity is responsible for writing the law that restricts, and the entity that did not fulfill its obligation to protect our ability to exercise and fully express our Second Amendment rights. Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. Thomas Jefferson Each and every entity listed above who is in any part associated with such legislation or lack of defending against such laws Shall/MUST carry a liability insurance policy for the sole purpose of paying out claims made by 1) citizens who were not protected from such an incident by the parties who wrote the law and/or 2) Citizens or bystanders who were not able to defend the assailed party as a result of such laws. We will allow ourselves to be constrained by your ignorant legislation, which affects our ability to defend ourselves, or others as a result of; Opening gun manufacturers to become liable for someone misusing their product Restricts our selection of weapons of defense

Restricts our selection of magazine sizes Reduces our ability to purchase a weapon by ultimately increasing the cost of the weapon by adding a TAX, or Surcharge to the purchase price of the weapon Restricting the geographic area(s) where we can carry a weapon thus allowing only the criminal to carry in that areas IF and only IF THE ENTITY RESPONSIBLE for the limiting legislation first acknowledges responsibility to protect us IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES and that if IT does NOT fulfill its responsibility IT shall bear all costs associated with the lack of fulfillment of ITS responsibility to serve and PROTECT us. Any party injured directly from an assault of any sort and any third party citizen who was not able to defend the victim is allowed to collect costs and damages associated with the incidents. Victims may collect from any AND ALL parties associated with the loss of ability to defend as a result 1) restricting our Second Amendment rights as our Forefathers intended and 2) malfeasance in not protecting our Second Amendment Rights as our forefathers intended. The factual material available to determine the INTENT of our Forefathers when writing the Second Amendment is too voluminous to cite in this document. However, we all know and acknowledge that the Second Amendment was intended to defend against criminals and Governments that have forgotten their place and are negatively affecting our free exercise of Liberty. Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any body of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. Noah Webster

God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ... And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure." Thomas Jefferson
