An office Show Cause Memorandum No. RND/Admn/I/
/Pers/1614, dated 14-1-1977, was sent to Shri Alberto Fer-
nandes, sailor, at his residential address (Near Pharmacy
College, Panaji" Goa) regarding his unauthorised ,absence
since.30-8-1976 1n order to initiate disciplinary proceedings
against him in terms of Rule 14 of C. C. S. (C. C. A.), Rules,
1965. The said Memorandum was, however, returned undeli-
vered ,by the postal authorities since the said Shri Fernandes
was not available at his residential address. All efforts to find
out his whereabouts have failed.
