Employability Bridge Overview

CII in partnership with Employability Bridge aims at providing access to corporate amongst students from Tier 2 & 3 cities. Weve evolved the most efficient model for your students to meet multiple companies in a single location called FLAG. Truemen Management Consultancy, Bangalore an ISO-9000 Certified and a Six Sigma compliant recruitment company has now partnered with EmployabilityBridge to offer FLAG across Karnataka FLAG is a unique process that runs a multi-college placement process, in a single location leveraging our platform EmployabilityBridge. Unlike a Job-Fair, FLAG intelligently allows your students to access opportunities, sign-up for those that meet their needs, get short-listed before the event, and finally meet the company on the Flag Day to be considered for hiring. FLAG enables your students to meet multiple corporate in a single day at easily accessible locations. Each of these locations is carefully chosen to maximize participation and reach amongst eligible students. FLAG enables students to go through all rounds of interview for multiple corporate and flag off their career. We enable your students to understand the expectations of the corporate through our unique First Look feature. For 2013, were excited to announce an around the year calendar of events, of which 9 have been finalized. Our design is such that all locations are accessible for your students to travel to, with a few of them being less than 5 hours travel from your college.

FLAG Events Schedule

The FLAG events are structured around three hiring cycles, 1. Early Look October to January At Early Look FLAG events your students will be able to meet corporate who offer Projects/ Internships or Placements. 2. Key Hires February to May When students are gearing up for the final semester we present them with opportunities to be part of the hiring corporate in a location near you. 3. Wrap up & Backfills Jun to August We continue to support your students to meet with more corporate by providing them the opportunity to be part of the Wrap Up events. By signing up, your college will provide the following benefits to your students: Access to at least 20 to 30 companies across our FLAG events Ability for students to find job opportunities that fit their needs and qualifications Ability for students to participate in multiple events, as locations are easily accessible Ability for students to prepare in advance for a job where they are shortlisted

Referral Discount to create Zones It is our endeavor to create Zones amongst the nearby or related institutions and would appreciate your reference. Wed be more than happy to extend a referral discount to you when the referred institution signs up with us. These Zones will facilitate more active participation not only amongst the institutions but also among the corporate. The Zone ensures availability of more students who meet the Corporate First Look Criteria and hence save effort and time for the corporate.

* One Certification visits are included in the package and any additional visits be charged at Rs 15,000/ Visit The price excludes all applicable taxes which shall be paid in addition to the above price. Terms & conditions

Institution to provide validated scores of their students and update of scores once imported will not be entertained. Scanned copy of Xth, XIIth or Diploma certificates need to be provided. Institution to provide all student data within 15 days from the date of signing Institution to ensure student participation in subscribed FLAG events for the eligible opportunities available to the students Institution to provide a minimum bandwidth of 10 Mbps for all online placement preparation activities & EB certification Institution to ensure that all students take up certification in a single day Once the details of Placement are received from the corporate the EmployabilityBridge coordinators get in touch with the institution and a mutually convenient date is fixed for the Placement process. Only the shortlisted applicants will be allowed to participate. Pickups/Drops from/to the railway station or airport should be arranged by the institution on request Accommodation/Food should be provided at the institute on Prior Intimation and the costs for these are borne by the institute. OHP, Slide Projector, LCD, Laptop etc. should be provided for the Pre-Placement Talk or interaction with students Halls should be arranged suitably for the Pre-Placement Talk, Written tests, Group Discussions and Activities and Personal Interviews. If a company desires to hold online tests for the candidates, the arrangements should be made in the computer center on prior intimation. Up to 100 students should be able to take up the test at a time. All payments are made to SurgeForth Technologies Pvt. Ltd payable at Chennai The cost of travel, accommodation & other incidental expenses shall be borne by Institute.

It is hereby agreed by Ghousia College Of Engineering, Bangalore and Truemen Management Consultancy Services to engage in the execution of Employability Bridge at Ghousia College Of Engineering as per the Commercials and the Terms & Conditions described above. This Agreement shall become effective for one year from today,___ of _____ 2013 upon signing.
