Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A, Section 11. This is the law under which, int he case of Johnson Golf Management v. Town of Duxbury et al, the jury in the trial concluded, on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 that Duxbury had violated by "knowingly and willingly" engaging in "unfair or deceptive practices or acts" that cause financial harm to Johnson Golf Management. That verdict is clearly inconsistent with the related verdict on charges under MGL Ch. 30B, Section 6 (which see).
