Fuser PM reset 1. Hold the 'up' and 'down' arrows together for 5 seconds or longer. 2. Release the arrow keys and press the 'enter' key. 3. Select '2. Engine' - Then go to option '7.' 4. Go to SP7804-016 (PM Counter Reset>Fuser) and execute. Shows results=OK 5. Turn the machine off and on. All done. Source: Replace Fuser error not clearing

Disassemble fuser unit and inspect thermistor and thermostat for dirt or damges, and heater lamp for damages. Good luck. Source: screen displays "printer error fuser temp"

First try switching off and on the printer to reset the error. If still there the error check the following; 1. 2. 3. Check CN983, it may be disconnected on the IH inverter. Defective IH inverter - replace IH inverter. Defective IH coil unit - replace IH coil unit.

PHASER 3100 MFP printer error fuser temp resetting

Can someone tell me how to reset this error ( the fusser unit is cheked and OK ) or give me link for service manual. I can change that manual for one or two for Ricoh. PLS help o

There are 2 configurations of the printer requiring 2 different Main Boards. The 4 in 1 main PWB for the 3100MFP/x (with ADF), and the 3 in 1 Main PWB for the 3100MFP/s (no ADF). The procedures below are used to reset a fuser error. 4 in 1 Main PWB (3100MFP/x): Step 1: Select "Menu" or the down arrow Step 2: Select "*" Step 3: Select "#" Step 4: Select "OK" Step 5: At the SOS change "00100001" to "10100001" Step 6: Select "OK" Step 7: Select "Stop" Step 8: Select "Menu" or the down arrow Step 9: Select "#" Step 10: On the keyboard select "T" Step 11: Power off/ Power on (PO/PO) Try making 1 copy (for checking) Step 12: Select "Menu" or the down arrow Step 13: Select "*" Step 14: Select "#" Step 15: Select "OK"
