1. All required documents must be submitted with the application form to the following

2. The application form should be accompanied by a complete portfolio of documents
including the following:
Certified academic certificates and transcripts
Letter of Offer from the institution of higher learning
Photocopy of personal identification document (passport/ birth certificate/
identity card)
Two letters of recommendation (for post-graduate study). Please use the
following template.
Thesis proposal (for post-graduate study)
Other relevant materials to support the application.
3. Please provide an official English translation if the certificates and academic
transcripts are not in English.
4. Applicants SHOULD NOT be in receipt of any other scholarship award.
5. Applications received incomplete will not be entertained.
6. False particulars or information will render you liable to be disqualified.
7. Bank Negara Malaysia/ISRA will not bear any expenses incurred in the process of
applying for and attaining the scholarship.
