1). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT TOYO ENGINEERING INDIA LTD.

Assist the principal designer at various levels. Use of PDMS and Autocad at site for cross reviews and obstacles killing. Verify and update Site modifications area wise to the principal designer. Preparing MTO and RUP for new lines , routing changes, additional fittings etc. Co-ordination with various departments like civil, structure, process, instrumentation, equipment for front availability. Stress analysis at site and cross check with Stress team at HO in times of modification in critical lines. Planning of job loop wise, loop preperations. Preparing material constraints loop wise, handling kick-off meetings with material departments, procurement and process. Cost comparison ,vendor selection and development. Basic pipe support design. Checking BOM.

Checking P&ID markups. Material selection,procurement, iso drafting ,approval etc for new lines added at site as per client/licensor requirements.
2) . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT THERMAX LTD

Assist the construction manager in project co-ordination at various sites, Regular visit at various sites, constant follow up with site engineers, sub-contractors regarding job completion on time. Attend to any kind of constraints at site regarding engineering, materials, manpower, cranes, tools and tackles etc. Site mobilisation and demobilisation. Boilers erection , allignment,pressure test, IBR procedures and approvals. See through precommissioning and commissioning activities. Kick off meetings with client and subcontractor to make sure smooth job completion on time. Co-ordination with vendors, transportation departments , material procurement depts regarding material delivery on time. Make sure HSC policies and proper worhing environment is maintained at site. Make sure invoices are submitted and bills are cleared monthly. Co-ordinate with sites and prepare WCC by every project month end. Make sure labour pyments and other statutory regulations are maintained at site. Make sure all QA/QC requirements are fullfilled at site. Perform performance test and then receive job completion certificate from client. Regular followup with IBR inspectors and facilitate all their site visits. Well acquainted with Equipment erections, rotary and static equipment allignments, Pressure parts, power piping. Well acquainted with B31.1 procedures. Job planning in MS projects, preperations of erection protocols.
3) . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT ONSHORE CONST CO PVT LTD

Iso Drafting Piping Erection, precommissioning and commissioning. QA/QC procedures followed, pressure testing performed. Working experience on power piping, process piping and utility piping. Cost comparison, vendor selection, material procurement. Labour management, maintaining clear discipline at site among work force. Cost effective usage of tools, tackles and consumables.
