Experience: Vinu is a Partner at Tholons with 10 years of globalization consulting experience and heads the
consulting services practice at Tholons. He is a founding member of Tholons. Vinu actively works with his team on consulting engagements for US and European clients for their Global Outsourcing initiatives. Additionally, he works with Private Equity clients on deal sourcing, company valuations, and deal due diligence. Prior to joining Tholons, he was a senior advisor at neoIT where he was also part of the founding team in 1999. He has actively consulted on more than 50 global deals including clients such as Hewitt, P&G, Lucent, Warner Bros., Kodak, Sprint,, AXA, Cinergy, BellSouth, VISA and many other Global 1000 clients. He has also worked extensively with clients in Telecom, Healthcare, IT, Retail, Education and Financial Services industries. Vinu has also worked extensively with TPI, the leading sourcing advisor firm and was instrumental in jointly developing the initial portfolio assessment framework within TPI. He also worked on joint globalization assignments with other leading consultants like Bain, Hewitt and Accenture. Prior to joining neoIT, he was a market development executive at Solus Pharmaceuticals in Kerala. At the firm he was responsible for direct sales in the northern districts of Kerala for division of Ranbaxy Laboratories. Previously, he was the Senior MIS Executive at Anna Aluminum Company in Cochin where he successfully developed and implemented one of the first Sales Force Automation and Logistics systems for retail sales in the company.

Experience: Saurabh Verma is a Consultant at Tholons, based out of Bangalore India. He is responsible for driving
research and consulting assignments, during which he provides reliable insights into strategy development and implementation. Prior to joining Tholons, Saurabh was associated with IDC as a senior manager, where he was looking after the Consulting, and Software & Services research practice. He has spearheaded multiple research and consulting assignments for a variety of software solutions and services markets. He was also driving IDC's enterprise solutions trackers with a team of analysts. He has launched multiple research programs on emerging technologies like IT security, information management solutions (IMS), and cloud computing. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events on topics like enterprise security, service oriented architecture (SOA), virtualization, economic slowdown, advanced analytics and advanced customer care and retention.

Saurabh has over seven years of experience handling multiple consulting, research, consumer insights and consulting assignments. Prior to joining IDC, Saurabh has been associated with organizations like GE and Symphony Services. He is also a trained Six Sigma Green Belt quality professional.

Experience: Saugata is a Senior Analyst with Tholons and specializes in Location Assessment frameworks and
methodologies. His experience with emerging locations study and other client specific engagements which required location selection enable him to have a deep insight and in-depth expertise in the subject. He has also been involved in multiple engagements with governments and trade associations for laying out strategic roadmaps for various offshore nations across the globe. He has contributed to numerous articles and news reports for publications across the globe.

Education: Prior to Tholons he obtained his MBA from Swiss Business School, where he aced the marketing
division, especially in market research and statistics. His background of being a software programmer also provides him with a clear understanding of the IT/ITeS segments.
