WELCOME State Level Urban Health Program Review & Inputs Workshop At Bhopal February 23 -24, 2007 Urban Health Resource Centre (UHRC) welcomes delegates for the State-Level Urban Health Program Review & Inputs Workshop at Bhopal. We are pleased to inform you about the following conference facilities and logistics arrangements: 1. Arrival and stay: All delegates are requested to reach at the Jehan Numa Palace Hotel, Bhopal on 23rd February, 2007 (Morning). The arrangement for your stay has been made at the Jehan Numa Palace Hotel, Bhopal and will be paid for by UHRC. 2. Travel: Participants are requested to make all travel arrangements (Train/Road/Air) for their arrival and departure. All expenses incurred towards travel to be met by the participants. The Department of Public Health and Family Welfare, Government of M.P. would directly bear your travel and daily allowances for this workshop. 3. Venue and Timing of the Workshop: The venue for the workshop is Durbar Hall at Jehan Numa Palace Hotel. The Workshop will start at 0900 Hrs. on February 23, 2007 and end on Feb. 24, 2007 (Evening at 1800 Hrs) as per the attached Agenda. 4. Meals: Buffet Breakfast: Will be served from 7.00 AM to 10.00 AM at Under the Mango Tree. Buffet Lunch: Will be served at the conference venue during Lunch-Breaks of conference. Tea/ Coffee: Mid-day Tea/Coffee & cookies will be served (Twice) at the venue of the workshop. 5. Payment: UHRC will directly pay for the above mentioned meals and for the tariff for the participants of workshop to the hotel. Participants arriving with any companion/spouse will have to pay to the hotel directly as applicable on per day tariff basis for their stay. 6. Dinner: UHRC will pay to the resident participants @ Rs. 400/= per night to meet their dinner cost. The participants are free to have dinner at the place of their choice. However, should you wish to have dinner at Jehan Numa Palace, The hotel will provide 20% discount on dinner and all extra Food & Beverages to the participants of workshop. 7. Dinner & Miscellaneous Expense: During your stay, the dinner cost including any additional expense /all other hotel facilities like telephone calls, liquor, laundry/pressing, mini bar, room service, restaurant orders, transport, use of business centre, internet, tips to the hotel staff etc., would have to be paid by the participants directly to the hotel at the time of check-out/departure.
