Note 2: Kindly avoid requests for leave during studying days or early leave on holidays as a refusal may offend. Note 3: Please ensure rules and regulations are abided by (turn over for details). Note 4: This calendar is subject to change with prior notice. Kindly keep safely for continuous reference.

Studying Days Examination Holiday-Alimah & Hafizah Holiday-Alimah

Visits 1. Visiting hours are as follows only: Monday to Thursday 5:30-6:15pm. Saturday 5:00-6:45pm. Sunday 2:00-5:00pm.Students are allowed to go out on Sundays (During visiting hours), with their parents. However if they are not back by 5pm, they will be held back the following long weekend. 2. No visiting hour every Friday and the Thursday before a weekend off, as students are busy with general cleaning/gotong royong. 3. Visitors may enter allocated toilet and classroom for performing solaah. Visitors may not enter dormitories and surau without prior consent from madrasah authorities. 4. Visitors are to dress modestly and respectably when visiting the madrasah and students. The madrasah has a right to deny entry for visitors with inappropriate dressing. Jeans (whether openly or inside jubah), short or tight fitting clothes, and uncovered hair are considered as inappropriate. 5. No male will be allowed to enter the madrasah premises, unless accompanied by a male authority of the madrasah. (Boys below 6 years of age are excused) 6. Students are not allowed to loiter on the road for meeting visitors. They should meet and speak to their visitors within the allocated visiting area or in the car. Holidays and weekends breaks Holidays and breaks are intended for the relaxation and rest of students. We appeal to parents to monitor the conduct behavior, whereabouts, and dressing of their child during this period. They must be advised and encouraged to lead a total Islamic lifestyle at all times. Ultimately we as parents are a nswerable to Allah Taala for our childs activities, etc. 1. Students are allowed one long weekend almost every month. This break begins on a Friday (2pm) and ends on Sunday as per stipulated time. 2. Parents/guardians must not insist on fetching their child before the aforementioned time, for a refusal may offend. Only in extreme circumstances may this be considered at the discretion of the principle. Please ensure that the Leave Application Form is submitted before taking student/s out. 3. Parents insisting on taking their child earlier and/or bringing them back late will not be tolerated. If this persists, then unfortunately we will have no option but to ask them to find an alternative for their child. 4. The penalty for those students arriving late to madrasah after a weekend break or holidays will be the forfeit of the following long weekend/s. 5. Students returning from sick leave will be required to produce an official Medical Certificate. Failing to do which, a weekend break will be forfeited for each day absent. 6. Students are not allowed to leave the precinct of the madrasah at any other time besides the weekend-breaks and holidays - be it alone, with their parents or any mahram without prior consent of the principal. Telephone Calls 1. Students will only be allowed to take personal calls from their family during Long Weekends. Important/urgent messages to be conveyed through the following numbers: 019-3170255 / 019-3921614. 2. Parents and guardians are humbly requested to avoid any discussion that may disturb or hinder the studies of their child/ward. 3. For precautionary and security reasons, the principle may listen to any conversation at anytime. 4. Other family members may communicate with student through letters which has to go via the office. All letters will be censored. 5. Making telephone calls, bringing messages, for or on behalf of any student will not be permitted under any circumstance whatsoever. The institution most emphatically stress upon students to adhere to this clause very strictly. Travelling 1. Students must at all cost arrive and depart to and from the madrasah with their parents only. 2. In the case where parents are not able to come, students will only be permitted to leave with a married mahram after permission is granted from madrasah authorities. 3. Students must leave and return from holidays and weekend breaks with their proper Islamic garb (hijab). *Mahram - According to the definition of shariah is that male with whom marriage is not permissible under any circumstances at anytime in her life. (E.g. father, brother, paternal and maternal grandfather, paternal and maternal uncles and nephews) Persistent violation of the rules and regulation of the institution will ultimately result in the expulsion of the student.
