Wedding is the most important events in every one life. The wedding in Pakistan is glamorous day by day the way people celebrating a wedding. People are used to spend as much as possible in wedding ceremony and this tradition is not going to change in the future. So, the need for wedding accessories never decreases. Moreover its increasing day by day. Therefore, the bridal mall Project will be very profitable over time if the perfect strategies will be adopted. Project brief:
Bridal Mall offers everything customer need under one roof (Jewelry, boutique, wedding studio, parlor, shoes including all other accessories). It will be located in Islamabad, consisting of three floors. Ground floor is for Jewelry, shoes, other accessories, second for clothing and finally third for providing Parlor & studio. Designers and specialist staff is highly responsible for making the whole event stunning and bombastic covering every aspect.

Product features:
A bridal mall for bridals in Islamabad 5 or 3 floor building in which almost everything for bridals are available. Jewelry, boutique, photo shot, parlor, shoes and other accessories etc. Car decor with glitters, paints not with flower.

Demand cycle:
February to May is the most popular months for weddings.

Product/services desirability:
Time is very precious in present age and hard to manage. Traditional events and functions are core of every religion and place. Bridal mall is a very important need among a society and all over the world. Obviously it is not possible to provide everything under one floor. For

giving an ease to family and share burden for choosing bridal stuff, this project try to provide best product with flexible prices so that customer standing in any financial level can get best of it.

The future of the industry:


The Pakistani economy is becoming increasingly service-oriented; it will offer the highest levels of quality and convenience, rewarded strong sales growth. In the face of rising population, incomes and increasingly hectic work schedules, a nearly insatiable demand for convenience will continue to sales.

Cost Analysis: Total start up cash needed:


New firms typically need money for a host of purposes, including the hiring of personnel, office or manufacturing space, equipment, training, research and development, marketing, and the initial product rollout. Employee: Need to hire 10-15 people maximum in startup (2 beauticians, 4 people for studio, 2 people for clothing and other accessories). 1 bride parlor RS 25000-35000 Dresses RS 50000-70000 Other accessories (shoes, jewelry, bags) RS 30000-40000 If per day 1 sale or 1 bride than our sales should be RS 105000-145000 Payback period almost 6 months
