Bachelor's degree of Resources Exploration Engineering (oilgas) has been obtained in College of Earth Sciences of Jilin University (formerly Department of Petroleum Geology, Changchun College of Geology), in July 2009; And a master's degree of geology (sedimentology-sedimentary basin analysis) also will be achieved in Institute of Sedimentary Geology of Chengdu Univ ersity of Technology (formerly Chengdu Institute of Geology), in June 2012.There are many a factor making me decide to apply for the position of Oilfield technician: To begin with, the gradual and excellent professional education has been accepted during the undergraduate and graduate stages from 2005 to now, and a solid professional foundation is not simply obtained relying on memory, but many a practice reinforced my professional knowledge. I have technically managed or participated in five oil and gas exploration projects in the last two years researching on seismic and log data interpretation, analysis of sedimentary structures, sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy, deposition system industrial mapping, reservoir characteristics in Bohai Bay Basin, Sichuan foreland basin and Songliao Basin. A number of professional knowledge and working methods not only have been practiced but also th e quality that innovation, responsibility, solidarity have been greatly developed in the process of study. The special experience in Oil Extraction Plant made me gain a lot, for underground geological conditions are often very complicated, if there are lack of serious and responsible attitude, adequate preparation, bold and innovative based on realistic analysis and research, it proved to be difficult to spot valuable information and then maybe result in unnecessary losses, which was precise experience what I always recognized and noticed. For another, a great effort and achievement also have been conducted and accomplished in language learning. After passed the CET Band 6 and owned superb ability of oral, reading and writing, I participated in Spanish off-job training and Professional English education on Petroleum Geology. Spanish daily communication, reading, simple writing are mastered, and two-way of Chinese English and English Chinese translation is easy to me on seismic interpretation, sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology and other related-subjects . Finally, I am sincerely willing to adapt the work environment and contribute to "Shell" another better and powerful future. There are two reasons for this: First, good health,

perfect physical fitness, more importantly, I am not afraid of hardship, take courage to withstand, and have ability to overcome. Secondly, a better and powerful tomorrow of the Shell oil and gas exploration in China is also my dream and expectation, I am willing to devote myself to the realization of dream by working hard, no matter how tortuous and difficult the process is, because the devotion is carrying the dream and expectation. Through dedicated hard work, great returns have been gained these days. For instance, I was invited to participate in the Fourth Annual Meeting of Petroleum Geology and make a report in the venue to many scholars introducing and sharing advanced theories and methods in oil and gas exploration; Five papers have been delivered, including one has been accepted by Oil Geophysical Exploration (EI), others are all included by Chinese core journals; The ability of innovation came from practice, a point that the continual syndeposited step-faults control sedimentary microfacies and sand bodies distribution was proposed by me at EK 1 in Huanghua Depression, Dadang Oilfield, has reasonably explained and predicted a favorable oil and gas reservoir.
