It has recently come to our attention that confidential medical information regarding (child) has been unlawfully disclosed to a court appointed special advocate or CASA. One of your employees by the name of Edna has indicated that said medical information was authorized to be transmitted/faxed to CASA by way of a document entitled, "APPOINTMENT OF COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE". Said document: 1. Is not a lawful subpoena duces tecum in form or substance. 2. Is no more than a court ordered appointment for one Estella Lusane. 3. Does not lawfully and specifically compel a Dr. Kim Blevins, a natural man, or any other specific natural person to disclose any medical information regarding (child) to CASA, a court, or any other entity. 4. Details the scope of discretion and duties of the named CASA after named parties(including doctor, nurse, healthcare providers, et alia) consensual provide requested information. 5. Is a deceptive document created and used to mislead medical providers unfamiliar with due process / 4th amendment laws into voluntarily providing medical information without the use of a valid subpoena. 6. Is clear evidence that Lisa Rambo is knowingly and willfully attempting to operating outside the confines of the organic law that she has sworn to uphold. Please be advised that (child)'s medical information faxed to CASA has occurred without due process justification, without parental consent, and is in clear violation of (child)'s and his parent's rights to privacy. Be advised: Do not disclose any more medical information regarding patients (child), (child), or (child) to any party unless there is a lawfully valid instrument specifically compelling you to do so. This unauthorized medical disclosure by whomever is responsible within the office of Dr. Blevins is absolutely disrespectful, dishonest, and hostile to (child) and his parents. We expected much more from grown, educated, and professional adults.
