The class will be divided into 7 groups and each student will be given a packet. The students will have to answer questions about the pictures around the room. The activity will be timed and each group will get 5 minutes at each station. 3. After the students finish filing out their packets we will answer the questions as a class. We will discuss the concepts and clarify any that the students dont understand. 4. CLOSURE: In closing I will explain to students that there are many types of propaganda and they should pay attention to it when they are watching TV, and the news. After I will instruct the students to turn in their packets and clean up the stations. F. Assessment: What will you use to measure student understanding?

I will use class discussion, and the packets to measure understanding. Explain how you will know students understand the concepts from the lesson. I will know whether the students understand the concepts of this lesson by paying close attention to their answers during group discussion and by grading their answers in the packets. G. Reflection: 1. Which part of the lesson do you think will be the easiest for you to teach? I think the easiest part will be explaining the activity. 2. Which part will be most challenging for you to teach? I think the most challenging part will teaching the students about propaganda and what it means. 3. How will you follow up or extend this lesson? I will extend this lesson by having students create their own propaganda posters. They will then have to explain the poster to the class. 4. What will you do for students who dont grasp the concepts? If students do not grasp the concepts I will work with them more closely during the activity. 5. Which part of the lesson, if any, do you think might need to change? I may need to make fewer stations if we run out of time. 6. When you were writing this lesson plan, what was the most difficult part? The most difficult part of writing this lesson was making the lesson kid friendly.
