Both teacher and students have their own right and expectations where teachers should have conducive class environment and students should have fun and interesting teachers. 3. That two reciprocal needs by two parties will be achieved when teacher has assertive discipline which he has good communication skills, good action plan and consider students needs and interest. 4. The optimal learning environment will not only depend on the teachers shoulder alone, but need to collaborate with school system and parents. 5. Yes, the reasons are: 1. I will start my first class by getting to know my students and asks their expectation, interest, background and needs 2. I will find my support system from school and parents. 3. I will try to apply assertive discipline as it will my guide in classroom management 1. I can start this model in my class by making mutual agreement with my students. 2. It offers the do and dont list that I can apply in classroom 3. I can improve my communication skills in applying assertive discipline 4. It involves school support, parents and students themselves for classroom control
