The MV52 (50Hz) or MV62 (60Hz) protects control systems, contactors and motors during undervoltage against thermal overload and malfunctions. The monitoring can be set precisely in volts from U N 30% up to U N. The switching off or on again follows delayed by 0,1/0,5 or 1second. 2 LEDs show the definite monitoring status.

The MV53 (50/60Hz) protects single phase consumers in AC networks from over- and undervoltage. Overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds can be set independently in percentage of the nominal voltage using two DIP-switches (see diagram above). Using a potentiometer allows setting an alarm delay of 25ms...2,5s. A two-colored LED shows the definite monitoring status.

The SSS11, SSU2x and SSU7x are high precision voltage monitoring relays for DC or RMS AC/DC with interactive front operation and display of values and voltmeter function. Two values for FAIL and OK can be programmed. With this, the hysteresis is automatically given. Depending of the programmed values the over- or undervoltage monitoring function is defined. Fixed max. and min. values are given for alarm triggering. However, the min. value monitoring can be disabled. The measuring input is galvanically isolated from the power supply (2-10). High EMC immunity design and self diagnostic features guarantee very high reliability and a long service life. Applications are for example monitoring of battery voltage in industrial installations.

The EOCR-AR and the EUCR-BR monitor overcurrent and undercurrent on AC power circuits. One or two current paths can be monitored directly up to 60(75)A, by means of the integrated current loop transformers. The adjustable alarm delay ( t O) and the automatic alarm resetting ( t R) permit universal usage in motor and transformer protection systems, monitoring of electrical heating elements and in the control of pumps, ventilation systems, suction and feed devices. The nominal monitoring range in the 3 types -05/-30/-60 can be altered by multiple looping of the conductor (see schedule above).

SRCT-35
Current transformers of the SRCT-35 series transform high AC currents into proportional secondary current in the ratio 10:1 (type -50) up to 100:1 (type -500). With accuracy class 1, coupled with a large power reserve (PN: 2,5VA) and high overload capacity up to 150%, the SRCT-35 is the ideal transformer for general applications and for the use with Comat monitoring relays ..AR, ..BR, ..3D.

The SSU33 (50Hz) provides comprehensive monitoring of three-phase mains supplies with or without neutral. The following mains faults are monitored: Error signal 1 U (V , V ): Exceeding or dropping below the fixed voltage values Umin/Umax for L1-N or L1-L2 (no differential voltage, phase position or frequency fault). Error signal 2 U, , : One or more of the three voltages, phase positions, phase sequence or the mains frequency are diverging from the required value. Depending on the nature of their occurrence -errors are evaluated cumulatively. Any error is signalled by the red LED and is reported after expiry of the set alarmdelay time ( t del 0,2...5s) via 7-4-5. In the correct status (ok) the green LED is illuminated (4-5 open, 4-7 closed).

The SSU31 serves as a phase-sequence, three-phase undervoltage and phase failure monitor. The monitoring function helps to ensure the correct rotation direction of pumps, motors and conveyors in mobile devices with connection to different power outlets. The defined undervoltage and phase failure protects against malfunction and damage caused by overheating.

ESU-D2
The ESU-D2 monitors the isolation resistance in non-grounded DC-networks (24-48V D). Two alarm steps (prealarm AL1 and main alarm AL2) are indicated via separate output contacts. Settable alarm delay ( tdel): 0,1-10sec. Displays: bargraph-display of the measured earthing resistance 4...30k (green = ok). Two red LEDs show the ground tendency towards plus (+) or minus ( ). Measuring terminal 5V for the external display of the earthing resistance (0,1V/k ). Test functions: Periodic automatic check, also with key Test. Environmental failures: monitoring of AC-short circuit, overvoltage, ground interruption.

The TSR19 is intended to monitor the temperature of motor coils, generators and transfomers. It detects the temperature of the windings over the change in resistance of the PTC thermistors 1 or the position of the thermo switches 2 . The circuit is designed to detect a break in the continuity of the detection circuit and ground failures. On position PTC, line or sensor fault is also detected. Reset after failure detection: Press reset button or interrupt supply voltage for >200ms.
