LOGISTICS (2)

The Logistics co-chairs manage the schedules of all participants, board members, and liaisons, not only on the day of the show, but
the days preceding the event. The chairs are responsible for finding a venue, participants' hospitality, and stage managing during
the rehearsals and show. Applicants must be dedicated to organization and timeliness of all events. Please consider this position if
you are highly motivated and willing to ensure that the show will run as smoothly as possible.

FINANCE (2)

The Finance co-chairs are responsible for preparing budgets, applying to funding cycles, and managing corporate sponsorships.
Fundraising is a vital aspect to this role and it is important to have great communication and organization skills. Experience with
budgets and preparing proposals is desired but not necessary. Overall, ensuring the financial success of the show is your main
priority.

REGISTRATION (2)

The Registration co-chairs are responsible for recruiting teams from all across the nation. In addition, it is important to maintain
contact and serve as an intermediary between board and the teams. You will constantly be in contact with the teams via email or the
phone and you must be able to promptly reply to e-mails. You must be able to make decisions independently regarding questions
the teams may have about the competition.

PUBLIC RELATIONS (2)

Many of the responsibilities of the public relation co-chairs are carried out through extensive networking on both national and local
means. This position's main responsibilities include mass promotion of the show, recruitment of main acts, and most importantly
the selection of a highly qualified judging panel. Although it is the duty of the board to promote the show, PR enhances the
promotion process by creating the most efficient and effective marketing strategy for the board to follow to ensure that Dandia
Dhamaka 2010 is heard about throughout the nation.

COMMUNITY EVENTS (2)

The responsibilities of the Community Events chairs revolve around keeping the campus community informed about Dandia
Dhamaka. The primary task is the recruitment of liaisons and pairing them with the teams. Community Events is also responsible
for all of the campus marketing, including mass emails, Facebook events, and promotion of the show.
