Of course an organizations target market is the society, giving back to the communities where they do business is their aim, which adopts the triple bottom line philosophy: economic survive and be profitable in the marketplace in which organizations try to support or earn positive return. social intended to improve or maintain conditions for the society(developing leadership skills in young boys, educate for healthier lifestyle, commitment for health and wellness). and environmental wellness of the physical environment ( building gardens, clean up campaign among beaches and river banks, restoring buildings, improving trails, environment and community revitalization earth day). Not just focusing on how to be productive inside the organization, but also extending our support to the outside world like the communities where we do business. This is very applicable to our relevant life, wherein we have to be practical we have to be productive in working as a team and at the same time giving back to the community which is also our second stakeholders and customers. ACA 2: Team building accelerates team development as well as functioning of the work team. Having involved with the triple bottom line philosophy (economic, social, and environmental) brings good reputation to the organization by earning positive feedbacks. Also, it enhances their self-concepts of employees and makes them proud to be involved with a highly-reputable company that makes them feel good. It concludes to produces higher work motivation employees, organizational citizenship, and job satisfaction. The emotional bond will be developing through team building, this is called team cohesion, which involves their sense of motivation and commitment to teams goals and tasks. When these people go back to their normal work pace, they cant help but to join forces to make things done well just like what they did outside the organization during their team building activities.
