INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPANTS
1. Participants are strongly advised to read the Guidelines & Terms and Conditions of the Clip-IT Competition carefully to ensure that they are eligible to participate in this Competition and that they have complied with and understand the basic of the Competition format. All participants must ensure that one entry form is submitted per submission. th The Video Clip must be submitted together with the Entry Form by 11.30am on Thursday, 17 May 2013. All entry submission must be emailed with subject Clip-IT Competition to: a. khairunnisa.zulkipli@aiti.gov.bn b. hamimah.idris@aiti.gov.bn 5. Any submissions received after the closing date or which is incomplete or not delivered by hand may either be rejected or considered by AITI in their ultimate discretion. AITI shall inform all participants in advance should there be any changes to the submission dates. All decisions of AITI and the judges of the Competition are final and are not subject to appeal or review by the participant. If AITI requests for any further information from you, you must supply such information to AITI by the date stated in the letter requesting such further information failing which the submission will not be considered.
