- Closing General Observations:

The officers in administrative department are quite busy to do their work as many information and data need to handle manually. But the interviewee still willing to give us cooperation to finish this interview section. Unresolved Issues, Topics Not Covered: Interviewees worry that the replacement of system will reduce the human resource needed in administrative department. Consequently, they will loss their job. Conclusion: From this interview section, we found those interviewees (Administrative Department Officers) are quite satisfied with this computerized system. With the using of Asset Management System, all the assets will handle effectively. Officers just need to key in the transaction correctly, then all the related data will be updated automatically. The procedure to handle the affairs of students also becomes faster with Student Information and Accounting System. This can save time, meanwhile create paperless environment which can save the place used for storing all the data. Interviewees stated that they are willing to learn how to manage the college efficient and effectively with the implementation of this system. Interviewees are busy to do their work. Cause of system now is the manual system so they are busy to follow up and update their works. But, they still give us corporation in answer our questionnaire. Unresolved Issues, Topics Not Covered:

In this project, we plan to change the accounting system from manual system to computerized system. One of the problems that the interviewees worry is they lack of knowledge in using the computer to do their work. Conclusion: We had gather information and opinion from the Account Department Officers by this interview section, we found out those interviewees (Account Department Officers) are quite satisfied with the changed from manual system to computerized system for Student Information & Accounting System. This system will save the time of Account Department Officers. Once they know how to use and manage well the new system, they can perform their work efficiency and effectively. This is because they just need to key in the data or transactions one time, then the system will automatic update the account.

Interviewee is a lecturer so he/she is quite busy to have good interview section with us since the time is limit. But, they still very nice to spend some time for us to interview them and answer the questionnaire question. Unresolved Issues, Topics Not Covered: Cause of time limit, so our interview section is not held in detail. Therefore, may be got some problem is not been find out. Conclusion: In this interview section, lecturers are one of our interview groups to gather the information and opinion for this new system of Northern Varsity College University,

which is change from manual system to computerized system. In overall, the interviewee (lecturers) is quite satisfied with this new system, especially for Online Education System and Online Performance System. This is because lecturers can upload the learning material such as notes by using the learning zone in the Online Education System before the class. This can let student study and prepare it before enter the class. Besides that, lecturers can use the Online Performance System to evaluate their students.

- Closing General Observations:

Students are pleasure and willing to spend their time to give their opinion about this system. They provide a lot of useful information for us. Unresolved Issues, Topics Not Covered: Students worry that the implementation of this system will increase their fees too as the technology of this system incurred a huge amount of cost. Conclusion: We had collected a lot of useful information from this interview section as students are a part of the stakeholder in this EasyNV project. As a result, almost all of the students in Northern Varsity College University agree and expect the implementation of this system. In this globalization nature, they think that the college needs to follow and updated to the advance of technology. Students can search the information and get the materials easily and at timely through the system especially Online Education System, Online Performance System and also Student Information and Accounting System.
