Supervisors and/or TEAM acted as consultants in the development of the project. Team members demonstrate knowledge of the project information and can answer questions but fail to elaborate when answering. Basic 3-4 Project has been completed but demonstrates only adequate competence of 21st Century Skills:

Project only adequately addressed an essential need, question or problem related to the community There was a lack of evidence to support conclusions. The project summary was hand-written. Team members are uncomfortable with the project information and can answer only more general questions about their project. Supervisors and/or TEAM are directly informed about the project but did not take on a consultative role. Below Basic 1-2 Project is partially complete but does not show any competence of 21st Century Skills:
