Take the Pump Shaft Float Take alignment(Reading<0.05) Fitting the Oil indicator Top-up Oil-Level 60% Area should be cleaning Properly Clean the equipment and work area Surrendered the work permit Trial run the equipment Take the Vibration reading of both pump and motor

QUALITY All the parameters, activities are maintained within prescribed limit. Any deviation from the norm is recorded and corrective action is taken accordingly. ENVIRONMENT Not applicable. OHSAS Ensure PPE, Helmet, adequate lighting near the work place. Ensure the lifting tools are in adequate condition. Ensure proper earthing of the equipment / area of work as the case may be.
