Job is now redesigned and task is done by flexible workforce or temporary workers and jobs are contracted out to other firms. Another factor is to manage people during war on terror. Organization have to deal with people fear about terrorism and security measures as war on terror has intense effect on business world.(Robins ,1990) Another major trend is towards emerging markets, that is movement of jobs towards countries with lowest cost that serve as world economic growth engine. They dont only have cheap labor and recourses but also large middle class population which appears attractive to many organizations. Approximately 70% of world growth in next five years will come from emerging markets. .Emerging market leader show most important shift. In order to succeed business should know what changes will take place in the future. Another factor that organization should respond to is managing workforce diversity. When companies operate internationally they have to deal with people belonging to different cultures. (Martin,2010)

Organizations have different mix of people in terms of age gender and race. Another approach is to select the best host country employee who has worked in organization home country or in its headquarters .This is most important and mature approach for multinationals to achieve a global standpoint. For example Intel, Microsoft adopts his approach. In future this represents best approach for organizations. But in developing countries it is difficult to find an employee who has American or European origin and some work experience in home country so in this cases company should appoint home country national for international subsidiary along with host country resident. An ethnocentric strategy may be applicable with local staff but becoming dependent upon local employees for running international subsidiary is inappropriate. Ethnocentric approach is no longer applicable for companies that globally have to compete. The Geocentric strategy is most appropriate when it comes to internationalization of companies.
