ACHIEVEMENTS
Implementation of ISO- 9002 In Al- karam Textile Mills Improved the Quality of Production from 60% to 80% in Al Karam Textile Mills. Achieved all the targets given by Management in Naveena Industries including Sizing, Folding, Out side fabric sourcing , Commercial Dyieng and Printing and Errection of Machines. Improved the Effiency from 70% to 88% in LTM 3 (shed 1 & 4) and in LTM 2 (shed 2) Improved the cutting and Rejection from 6% to 2.4%. Implementation of TPM in LTM 3 (Sizing).
