Dear Colleauges of FBAS.

This email I am sending with reference to the unpleasent situation arised during the non declared agenda meeting called by the Dean that senior faculty members are threatening him in his office and this ganging and pressurization is condemable. When I responded that this type of practice has initiated by Dr. Sher himself by pressurizing the top management on the brute force of ASA thrugh a petition to Rector and President demanding my removal from deanship, chairmanship and other administrative positions on account of my illegal appointment as professor. They also leveled charges of harrasing of female colleuges, which I referred and Dr. Sher denied and asked me to show that document, if I have. Whwereupon, Dr. Sher blatently denied that he has never signed any such document in the presence of more than 50 male faculty members. His deliberate lie created that unpleasent situation. I promissed all of you that I will present the evidence of his lie, so here is the evidence. I leave decision on you, as some of you were claiming that they only fear Allaha as he is the sustainer. I am refereing to my brother Imran Saeed, will he show now that moral courage to condem a blatant lier, which he claimed, if he only fears Allaha. Dr. Sher along with other 11 friends in the leadership of Arshad Zia and tail of Atiq uz Zafar (now president) went to court. All 12 of them remained and /or are office beareres of ASA either in last sessions or current. They repeated the same allegations in a Writ Petition No 3000/2012 (the group of 12 you can see below in the scan copy of writ petition). They requested the Islamabad High Court that my appointment may be cancelled because I do not fullfil the qualifications required for Professor. I do not want to praise me, its only for Almight Allaha, please read the judgement of Islamabad High Court and decide, who is a gangster. Dr. Shere is a DAKO, he alongwith ASA executive body pressurized the top management (like a gun point robbery), the management asked me to resign whitout even informing me that, why suddenly, I became unacceptable; I did not take a single minute and resigned immediately. When I came to know, I requested for an inquirey and circulated my email to all of you, but management was under so pressure and did not respond, rather order were passed against me. Thanks to Allaha, that they went to court which provided opportunity of distinction of wrong and wright. Please look at the scanned copies of documents below, to make it simple, I copied the first and the last pages, if ay one of you interested to see the comlete documents, you are welcome to my office after 25 April, as I am out of country from 22-25 April. I think, there will be no need to mention the role of Arshad Zia in all this game and who tried to mess up the situation, this you can see after seeing the below evidences. This meeting was not for solidarity with Dean, rather to save their face, whcih the honourable court has exposed in the following words

Meaning thereby, there is no merit in their claim just personal vendatta. I will present the eye opening documentary evidences of the credentials of this group of people on my return next week so that you will not be misleaded by this mafia of the university on the name of ASA. Is this welfare, the ASA is doing against its own members, why they did not bring these allegation in the General Body of ASA? Who has submitted (bigus) MPhil degree in IT from Hamdard University to become Assitant Professor in 2000? Who has submitted a fake PhD degree of Concardia University, USA to become Associate professor in 2004? And why PhD Allowance was cancelled by university and title from Dr. to Sy. Was changed in 2004. Bogus publications by plagiarism are established and convicted facts, no need to discuss. Who got PhD dished out in violation of rules? Y earnest believe that we have a great potential for contribution to this university and to this nation, but this mafia will not let you do productive work, as they them selves do not possess that potential except conspiracies. Bring one by one in line the office bearers of ASA and look at their profile. Why those who got PhD in previous centuary are Assistant Professor and a person with PhD 18-1-2008 become Professor in five months, even without advertisement and without submitting application for professor. Then he applied to become President of IIU, but could not, the he got angry and became President of ASA, atleast and with his sadist attitude, spoiling the whole faculty. Imagine, he would have become President of IIU.?
