Main Lesson Aims Revise what the students already know about English for hospital like some vocabulary and how to express pain using (I suffer from.) Teach the students the different wards\ departments of the hospital.
Engaging each student in the class; we want to make sure that all the students are engaged and involved in the activities.
Materials:
Ball Data show PowerPoint Pictures Scissors and Glue Go animate videos
Prior Knowledge (Refer to what you think students already know/need or can do)
Language Problems students may have We expect problems to be mainly centered on the pronunciation of the new vocabulary items.
Solutions: Use drills and repetition Involve the students to use the new vocabularies in the tasks.

Student
Pass the ball game: Teachers ask students to stand or sit in a circle. Then teacher asks through the ball to one of the students and let her say her name and anything that she remembers about hospital (This could be any related vocabulary for example, headache..etc.) Then, the students will through the ball to another student. This procedure will continue till all of the students talk.
Teachers will show the students slideshow that has the vocabulary the students studied last year as a revision.
Students will play Pass the ball game with the teachers. Students will drill and repeat with the teachers. Students will work in groups to finish Cut and Paste worksheet.
Cut and paste worksheet: Teachers will give the students a worksheet where they are required to cut the vocabulary and paste it on the correct picture.

Core
Teachers will introduce the new vocabulary about the hospital wards in Popplet template.
Students will repeat and say after the teacher. Students will practice in their groups. Students will watch the video and guess the ward or department. Students will do information gap activity. students will repeat after the teacher.
After the students repeat and drill the new vocabulary. The teachers will model the appropriate chunks to ask for a specific department or ward which are Could you please show me where is .? Where can I find ?
Teachers will give the students some time to practice in their groups. Teachers will show the students Go Animate Videos that talk about situations in the hospital for people trying to find specific wards.
Information Gap: one of the students will have a picture of a hospital map and the other student will have a three pictures of three people that have different aches. students A should use the chunks like I suffer from. I feel I have a .. Im allergenic to. The other students should find the department where students A should go.
Teachers will repeat again the chunks and vocabulary with the students.
10 - 20 minutes
Closing
Teacher will give each student a scenario. In this scenario the students has to help the guy to find the department and talk to the doctor.
Then teacher will ask the students to find their partners according to the number they have on their worksheets. After they find their partners they should talk about the scenario they had.
