STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

The efficient and effective utilization of working capital in bank. Financial conditions of bank are not strong. Sources are decreasing and Uses are increasing. Uncontroling of all activity in the bank. Customer relations are not good in the market. Lack of awareness, about transaction in customers.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

1.

Broad Objective: The main objective of Britannia is to find out the Whole sale market related problem and possible ways of sorting out these problems in quick time. To be known the whole sellers capacity of the selling power & contact detail and any issues related to service. To make a scheme for whole sale market and increase market share of the Britannia biscuit product.

Personal Objectives:Learning about corporate sector. Understanding the distribution channel. Handling the market issues Getting knowledge about sales and marketing

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The methodology of this project involved actual market survey, identifying new shops, handling and getting purchase order with sales man. Survey of Jaipur whole sellers market and know the selling capacity of the Britannia product and other biscuit product and contact detail of all individual shop Prospecting the Rajasthans rural and urban market and identifying villages and tehsils regarding population through net so that company spread its business in new market.
