S15,000.00 bonushe paid himselfin 2!p8.

5. The Manager misreprose4ftedto the B of Comrni and its Personnel


Committee in calendar years 2006, and 2407 that the pay of the as represented in the
Salary Human Resoulce Scheduleswas as follows:
