How I am Details Creating, organising and I began by creating an developing my musical ideas ostinato for my Chinese piece, using

the pentatonic scale (black notes only). I chose a tune for this ostinato that would be easy for a melody to join over the top of it. Selecting and controlling As I wasnt sure what instruments and/or resources instruments would fit well with my piece, for now I had just stuck to using the grand piano as it would be easier in the future to change to the instruments I wanted.
