TV Pilots in Development

V8 Muscle-Bikes
A One-Hour Docu-Soap-Competition Series staring two feuding “monster” motorbike
builders and their garage teams, each competing to be the Number One Builder and
Rider of V8s, the behemoth of road bikes (they make Harleys look like mopeds). Mike
Kelly, “Marco Mike” is the pro, well groomed and buff, building bikes sleek and shiny for
some of Hollywood’s leading celebrities. Charlie Herwick carries the torch for the
amateur everyman, building raunchy (but super-fast) “Mad Max” style V8s for local
yokels.

Dog House
A one-hour reality soap that explores the wild and crazy lives of five young men
teaching at the most successful Seduction School in the country who share
a killer New York City Bachelor Pad.

Auto Jacks
A 13 x Half-Hour Docu-Soap Series where at-risk young men of color are reinvented through a
highly acclaimed auto-mechanics school run by a self-made millionaire and ex-Marine with guest
appearances by Cory Booker, the mayor of Newark and star of the award-winning feature doc,
“Street Fight”.

Pulling Out All the Stops

A Feature Length Musical Documentary (One-Off) that celebrates the music and lives of a relatively
unrecognized group of largely African-American musicians, soul-jazz organists. More than just a
homage to a style of music, the film is a tribute to an icon of America’s 40’s and 50’s -- the
Hammond B3 organ.

Young Warrior Build-Off

A Half-Hour Docu-Competition Series featuring two teams of TWEENERS, coached by tough-guy
biker-builder gurus, trying to build the coolest motorbike for prizes and glory! Each episode is a
veritable lesson for young and old alike on how to build a motor-bike.

I Want a Divorce
A Half-Hour Docu-Competition Series featuring two teams of TWEENERS, coached by tough-guy
biker-builder gurus, trying to build the coolest motorbike for prizes and glory! Each episode is a
veritable lesson for young and old alike on how to build a motor-bike.

Surfs Up!
A Half-Hour Docu-Soap about a zany family of extreme sports enthusiasts running a small surfboard
factory in Satellite Beach, Florida. Think “The Osbornes” meet “The XGames”. Everyone in the
family gets in the act (including mom and mom’s mom, a zany hall-of-fame surfer who’s doing
federal time for gritting her own family!) competitive surfing, skateboarding, skiing and
snowboarding. Add moto-cross and parkour and some bad behavior -- there is no extreme sport that
this family doesn’t attempt and usually succeed at.

Middle-Age Rock Stars (MARS)

A One-Hour Performance-Competition show. Think “American Idol” for middle-aged-unknown rockers
hosted and judged by the now respectable (and wise) Alice Cooper and a jury of rock critics. We
gather those never-say-die 40+ year-olds, their fed-up wives and their bands, from the worst of the
worst to those rare unknown-geniuses and let them battle it out in front of the toughest judges of all,
the American Viewing Audience. Let the best (if not the loudest) band win!

It’s Your Call

A One-Hour “Dramedy” series in the tradition of “OC” following the trials and tribulations of twenty-
somethings facing life and death obstacles in the Sunshine State, where the audience determines
the direction taken for each character by voting via web or cell phone text messaging at the end of
each episode.

Payback
A One-Hour Performance-Competition Series where slighted combatants settle a long outstanding
grudges by fighting each other in a refereed grudge match. The combatants are professionally trained
in martial arts, boxing and wrestling experts before they enter the ring. “We were mortal enemies all
the way back in the fourth grade, I’ve always wanted to find that guy who punched me in the nose all
those many years ago. I have never forgotten how that SOB changed my life, especially with women.
Everyday I look at my face in the mirror and it reminds of that ill-fated day. I’d love to give that bastard
some payback!”

IDIOT WORLD
A One-Hour Magazine Style Series. If you sit the average male down in front of anything halfway
intriguing and explain to him the rules of the game and that it has a world wide system of ranking that
he can compete in… he will get better at it over time .. and some even become obsessed. Welcome
to IDIOT WORLD. Come join us one hour every week as we travel the globe and meet the Wayne
Gretzky of table hockey from Sweeden, the Pele of foosball from Ireland and other zen masters of
the most useless and fun pursuits man has ever invented.” It was a completely pointless ambition,
with no practical purpose whatsoever, but I had to be the best!”

Feature Film Scripts and In Development

Umpire School - A feature comedy in the spirit of Police Academy and Major League about a bumbling group of
middle-aged losers who dedicate themselves to the proud profession of baseball umpiring.

Haze - Part ghost story, part teen slasher, and a sexy, stylish return to the purity of classic ’80s horror. Main character,
Allison, finds solace from her daily torment at the Delta Sigma sorority. Soon after her initiation, Allison’s sisters begin to die
off in gruesome fashion, each according to her specific personality traits that Allison openly disliked. Allison seeks counsel
from a psychic medium, who senses the presence of an unavenged spirit. Reminiscent of Heathers in its treatment of social
hierarchies and Seven in its diabolical precision.

Art Heals - A feature length documentary that follows the lives of five children battling life-threatening, serious medical
conditions, and the way that art can heal them. The Art of Elysium, a non-profit charity, has been reaching out to these
children through art. We will explore how their artistic programs give sick children a voice, hope, self-esteem, personal power
and a safe place to express their deepest fears and desires. Each child is paired with a working actor, musician, songwriter,
painter or photographer based on the child’s dreams and interest.

Sleepyhead – Part fantasy, part comedy. A disheartened man finds life while he is asleep more attractive than when he
is awake and falls in love with the woman of his dreams.

Duck Hunt - An aspiring independent filmmaker and her three-man crew set out to film a documentary about the
homeless in New York City. Their attention focuses on a young girl’s tear jerking story of sexual abuse at the hands of her
stepfather. The crew decides to take the Law into their own hands and become Vigilantes in their quest to clean the streets
of New York. Their mission leads them to cross the line of right and wrong as they become the hunted instead of the hunters.

Spring Broke - Three friends in their freshman year at College head to Spring Break. But their quest for girls and fun
loving times are derailed when their car is stolen and three escaped convicts steal their identities.

Justice Is Calling - This is the true story of a life of chaos and mayhem, told to us by the imprisoned man who lived
it. The Film spans the life of our anti-hero, Darren James: 1) His childhood growing up with insensitive parents in the early
1970’s on Long Island. 2) His troubled, young adulthood drowning in chaotic relationships and run-ins with the Law in the
late 1980’s. 3) His torturous attempts to be a good father.

Stains - The annual weekend camping trip of more than a dozen friends is told through Flashbacks in this art house,
character study of life changing moments.

Skeletons - A twenty-year old secret is let out of the bag by a cadre of forty-something year-old friends that triggers
events and conflicts in their current lives.

The “X” (Short Story) - An introverted man wakes up to discover a blood covered “X” is slashed across his entire face.
Is the “X” real or is it a self-delusional manifestation of his lack of self-confidence?

Never In Our Town (25 min., looking to extend into a feature film.) - Winner of the 2005 Long Island Film Festival
for Best Short Film starring Joseph Gannascoli of “The Sopranos”. A Short Film about the daily, routine lives within a
seemingly All-American community. The story is revealed through the perceptive eyes of a lonesome, young man who walks
his dog around the neighborhood. The longer he walks; the more secrets he uncovers. The town’s judging eyes disregard
him as he quietly roves the streets and befriends a young, homeless girl sleeping in the local park. Are the Dog Walker’s
visions of the town’s deviant behavior really happening? Are his thoughts against the town’s disdain toward him triggering
paranoia? Or, is The Dog Walker unlocking the buried skeletons in the neighbor’s closets? Visit this small town to see for
yourself what goes on behind closed doors and closed minds.

INTROUBLEZONE PRODUCTIONS PRODUCTION PROPOSAL

APPENDIX A - PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE

HI… I’M CHUCK ARDEZZONE, FOUNDER AND CEO OF
INTROUBLEZONE PRODUCTIONS. FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, AFTER
INTERESTS, SUCH AS REAL ESTATE (IN NY), RETAIL (IN LA), I CAME TO
THE CONCLUSION THAT ACTING WAS WHAT I WANTED TO DO. I
IMMEDIATELY JUMPED HEAD FIRST INTO THE INDUSTRY AND WAS
FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO STUDY UNDER SANDY MEISNER’S RIGHT HAND
MAN GREG ZITTEL. I BEGAN FINDING WORK AS AN EXTRA AND PAID
CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT WAS HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES. I
FOCUSED ON WHAT COMPANIES WERE DOING RIGHT AND WRONG, ALL WHILE CONCENTRATING ON MARKETING MYSELF AS AN
ACTOR. RATHER THAN PUTTING ANY NEGATIVE ENERGY INTO THE OBSTACLES THAT CONSUME MANY IN THIS FIELD, I APPLIED MY
MOTTO “QUIT TALKING ABOUT IT, DO IT!” TO MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE AND STARTED GETTING SOME SMALL PARTS ON AS THE
WORLD TURNS, ONE LIFE TO LIVE AND ALL THE LAW & ORDERS, ETC. I SOON REALIZED THAT THE WORLD OF COMMERCIALS
OFFERED MORE MONEY AND OPPORTUNITY. AS SOON AS I MADE THIS SWITCH, I IMMEDIATELY BEGAN BOOKING NATIONAL
COMMERCIALS FOR TOYOTA, CHUNKY SOUP, BUD LIGHT, TYLENOL AND OTHERS. I SAVED AND INVESTED IN WHAT WOULD BE
MY FIRST COLLECTION OF DIGITAL FILM EQUIPMENT. I TOOK MY ACTING, BUSINESS AND SALES EXPERIENCE, PERSEVERANCE,
DREAMS AND VISION AND LAUNCHED ITZ BASED ON THESE PRINCIPLES.

I HAVE PUT EVERYTHING I HAVE INTO ITZ. I HOPE YOU WILL ALLOW ITZ TO DO FOR YOU WHAT IT HAS DONE FOR MANY OTHERS.
FURTHER, THIS BUSINESS PROPSAL WILL HELP BUILD UPON WHAT IS
ALREADY A VERY SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTION COMPANY INTO A
SIGNIFICANT AND HIGHLY PROFITABLE PRODUCTION COMPANY OF
TOMORROW. CHUCK ARDEZZONE.
