The Web Store Front Project is to create a new online resource. The web store will allow customers faster and more convenient ordering speeds and allow more business to happen at the same time. The web store front will be a website based store that will allow any customer the ease of instant ordering online and bring us further into the digital age.

Configuration Management
Change Management
Any change request will be done formally. They will first be given to the project team at a designated time each week and will first be handled from them. If they are not approved by the project tea then they will move further up the chain to the project manager and project sponsors discretion.
Software Management
Each build of the software is to be saved to the teams designated server so that no information is lost during the build and no rebuilding will be necessary. Each week the team will explain the software upgrades from the vendor or done in house.
Audits
Each week during the team meeting a configuration management audit will be performed at a high level so that everyone is up to date and no one is caught off guard of any changes made or upgrades that happened.

The key stakeholders will address all unurgent matters in the weekly meeting that the Project Manager will be leading. Communication between team members can be done in person but email is preferred so that time is not wasted. All urgent matters must be brought to attention of the correct person, and if that person is unknown the Project Manager will help you find out.
Secondary Stakeholders

The secondary stakeholders will be brought into the project when their role comes into play, and will be notified via email to set up meeting times about their need in the project in advance. If they wish to see how the project is progressing and when they will be needed they can contact the PM via email. The CLevel employees will be advised weekly so that they know that the project is flowing smoothly so funding is not lost in a critical time.
Tertiary Stakeholders
Shippers Suppliers Assembly Line Buyers
The tertiary stakeholders are on a need to know basis and will be notified via email or announcement if any part the project will interfere with their job. Initial email pointing out what the project will accomplish and will inform tertiary stakeholders of any interference with the daily work schedules. Also, in this email make aware who these stakeholders should come to if they notice something that is keeping them from doing their work properly.
