Um, I immediately went to the left side of (Moore) tried to figute out what what to grab. Um, and Office Tu said, "Get his left arm." So I told Officer Tu let's ' roll him to the left urn, to get the body, his body weight offof that arm. 'Cause
we had control of the right arm, I was gonna hy to roll to the left to get t}e body weight offof his arm that was under hisbody, so I grabbed uh, around the bicep um, or elbow area of the right arm that Officer Tu had and pulled, rolling (Moore) to his left side. As - as I did tlrat (Moore)'s left arm came out from uoder his body, and up above towards his head. And Officer (Brown) grabbed his wist.
