Installation Manual for MT Evaporative Cooler

Thank you for purchasing our MT evaporating unit. We wish you have many years of effective cool operation pleasure. Our unit has a 1 year warranty against construction mistakes. No warranty when the unit is used in an improper way. Please read the following carefully before installing the unit! 1. After opening the box, check if all materials are in the box: MT evaporative cooler, Power supply, Needle valve, 10 meter 6mm OD water tube, Tap connector, 2 cable ties to fix the evaporator through the 4 flange holes. Also can use screws (not included). 2. Check, when fixing the MT evaporator, no obstacles are within 1.5 meter of the unit as this will cause condensation and dripping of water. 3. Check that the surface you fix the unit on, will not resonance as this will create noise. The unit has a noise damper at the bottom but due to fixation by cable ties or screws, tying too much, and resonance can occur. This should be avoided! 4. Push the water tube till the end into the quick tube couplers of needle valve and MT evaporator. To take the water tube out, first push the tube down, then push it back. Damage due to simple pushing strongly on the tube to get it out, can damage the unit! 5. Push the power jack firmly into the power socket of the unit. The jack and the socket are protected against water. If not push well in the socket, it will prevent the unit to start! 6. Never push the jack in the unit when the power is on! It can damage the unit. 7. Never open the water tap when the unit is not working (spinning). It will create water leaking and can harm the unit. 8. Take care that the water and 24volt power supply lines are not in the area where the water is spraying. This will create condensation and water dripping! 9. With the needle valve, you can precisely adjust the amount of water to the evaporator. The needle valve is very sensitive and the minimum amount of water will be reached by turning the valve a very small turn (approx. 1 out of 360!) clockwise. Turn the valve till you reach the correct water evaporating amount. Only open the valve when the unit is spinning! 10. In case of power failure, immediately close the water supply. 11. Be aware that the top of the unit is spinning with 8,000 R.P.M. and touching will be painful (but not dangerous). 12. After installation, check there is no water leakage occurs and the unit is ready for a long and pleasant operation.
