: This project was intended to build a Billing System into Leapstone's CCE Content Manager and Service Broker to provide variable billing based on the content and pricing policy which was lacking in earlier versions and charge customers not on per access basis not depending on content they downloaded .This new System allows the operator to define the pricing policy for each service and charge for each service it is offering through its service and content providers thus allowing the operator not only charge based on what he downloaded but also to which class a customer belong to .Apart from this it also generates billing reports on demands Role: Developing web Services.
