Dumbing Things Down

First, I apologize to most of those who read my blogs. I realize that you are smart and comprehend much of what I write. Then there are those of you that do not. This specific Crock is written for Michelle Ganote. She is the sister-in-law that has commented on several of my blogs and attacked me when it is clear that she has no clue what she is talking about. For Michelle, I will try not to use big words in this blog. If I do, I will define them in parenthesis. Many of the Factorys family member and friends have gotten case information from The Factory. As a result, only partial information is given in an effort to make her point. As she has done in various motions filed within the court, the Factory has intentionally omitted certain facts that make it look like I am a scumbag, mentally abusive, etc. She has obviously engaged in the same tactics within her own family. If her family had a holistic (true and accurate) view of all the evidence in this case, they would agree it is obvious the Factory has a propensity to lie. I maintain that a woman that has dozens of affairs while married to another cannot be trusted to tell the truth. How someone that has a lifetime of telling lies, even before her marriage(s), can be credible is unfathomable (profound) to me. The remaining members of the Factorys family members have abandoned her. They all support me. This can be verified by asking them. Perhaps the most confounding (puzzling) fact I dont understand is how Michelle Ganote cannot understand that 11 judges have been disqualified from my case due to impartiality (fairness) and biased (prejudiced) against me. The FACTS, not conjecture (speculation-guess) nor conflicting reports, dispute the FACT that these judges have been disqualified or have recused (disqualified) themselves because they are biased against me. The orders these judges have signed and filed simply make the point that they already have knowledge of me and that they cannot participate in it. The knowledge they have of me came from Judge Stephen George, who was found guilty by the Supreme Court of Kentucky on June 21, 2012 of pre-judging me. Under Federal and state law and both U.S. and Kentucky Constitutions, every person has the right to a fair judge. It is obvious that I have not. As a result, NOTHING Judge George said in Court or entered in any Order can be relied upon. His view of me is tainted, for whatever reason. I will absolutely PROVE in Federal Court, in my next action to be filed within 2-3

weeks that Louis Waterman, the Factorys attorney, conspired with Judge George on several occasions to get the upper hand in the divorce action so that attention from the Factorys pregnancy would be diverted to me. I can absolutely prove that the very first EPO the Factory filed against me, that was dismissed only if I paid her money, was hand delivered to Judge George on November 13, 2008. This is illegal! The filings are stamped with this information. Therefore, it is a FACT that they conspired. It is also a FACT that Judge Stephen George destroyed evidence. This was written in the July 20, 2010 order. The evidence that was shredded were emails between the Factory, her attorneys, Dr. Crumbo and Dr. Cebe and maybe even Judge George on how they were going to conspire (lie and cheat) to keep my kids from me. I am working with Dr. Crumbo right now to get those emails. She is willing to send me those emails if I agree not to make her testify in court. If the emails didnt have any damning content, she wouldnt mind testifying. It is clear, through my negotiations that these emails contain proof of conspiracy and fraudulent activity. Dr. Crumbo doesnt want to face her cronies on the stand. I am going to agree to this. It is also a FACT that the Factory bathed with the children, all males, at inappropriate ages of 11 , 9 and 7. The Factory has testified to this, the children have testified to this and Dr. Crumbo has testified to this. Anyone that believes there is nothing wrong with bathing with children of the opposite sex at these ages clearly has some boundary and/or psychological issues. Michelle Ganote ignores these FACTS and continues to pound me on the stand. It is also a FACT that Steve Goodwin and the Factory conspired against me to make false postings on a blog called Voy Forums and submit those false postings to the court in a motion, signed under oath in an effort to have me incarcerated. I have absolute proof of that and can also prove Michelle Ganote had knowledge of these false postings, making her an accessory to civil conspiracy. So the next time you want to bash me on my blogs, do your research. If you continue to harass me and defame me, I will take no issue with including you in my next suit for malicious prosecution against the Factory, her attorneys and Mr. Goodwin. I dont expect you to take my side nor do I want you on my side. It turns out that one of the perks (benefits) to divorce is that you get to divorce the in-laws also. With the exception of my former brother-in-law, who I respect and admire, I am thankful for that benefit. If you

continue to believe that the Factory is a saint with her past history of abortion, affairs, alcoholism and lies, then she has got you right where she wants you.
