Preparation
Introduction (5 minutes)
On the carpet area, teacher recaps what pupils learnt previously. Teacher tells and shows pupils about two general rules of
making sentences in Ms Word i.e. (1) Starting a sentence with a capital letter and ending with a full stop (2) To give two spaces
after a full stop in order to start a new sentence. Teacher then show a completed work that the pupils are supposed to do during
the lesson. Teacher then inform pupils to form groups and go to their respective computers. Each group will be given a list of the
question and they are to write their names beside each question they have done.
(1) Firstly, teacher prompts the pupils to start Ms Word and this will automatically create a document for the pupils.
(2) Teacher then show step-by-step guidance to the pupils on how to do the work they are given on the IWB.
(3) In the list there are six questions for the students to type out and format using the buttons of the Formatting toolbar
(4) After guiding pupils through one question, teacher will move around the lab to ensure that pupils understood what was

Closure (5 minutes)
Teacher informs pupils to save their work, once again showing them how use “Save As” command in the Menu Bar under “File”.
Pupils are to save their work in the Pupils Activity Folder in the Desktop with the filename “Word2”. The given list of question will
