WEDNESDAY, 21 NOVEMBER 2012 Today, lecture law was started like other days.

Situation in lecture have change, not like usually lecture. All students must sit with groups members PBL . Madam not teach today, but discuss about all problem base learning questions. All students nervous, with what question will be ask from the madam. We was started with group one. It is my group. When madam ask what is legal issue, actually Im blur how to answer that question, but my leader try to answer that question. Madam agree with my point, but madam still ask, what is legal issue, my groups members see each other and blur, we dont know how to answer. Actually we do not understand what is legal issue?. So, madam leaves my groups with. Madam was continued this question to group two. When group two answer that question, we were understood, and try answer again to madam, whether the absence syarie lawyer is a breach duty care, and madam can accept but still have many questions we can find from this question. Never mind, but not list we can answer. After that, madam gives some point for to answer that question. For example, can or not Aishah remedies that lawyer, appointing lawyer is qualification and disciplinary action and so on. we decide make second discussion because have many to solve this problem, many answer must we find and in addition next week we must present in front madam and all student in lecture. We just give three minutes to present and not more than seven slide. But, just one members from the groups members will be present. So, we must hundred percentage ready for presentation.

THURSDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2012 Im not feeling very well. Three day my dizzier still not recover. So, Im not do many research about PBL today. But Im still gone to class. By the way, I was got some point to solve my problem base learning with Madam Dina during her tutorial class. She was explained, how to find question from PBL question and we were teaches to create many questions from question problem base learning. In her tutorial class, she wants all her students answers all question from PBL questions. From that way, we learn how to solve other questions groups and also help me to find another legal issue for my question group. Although, in tutorial class my friend was got my group question, but when my friend solve that question I was got some legal issue from this discussion. I was got question from group three, so, I try to find what is legal issue, but I didnt know. So, I was asked my friend about my problem because she from group three and she was explained to me and was gave some legal issue. Ok! Im understood now. Im excited to present to madam about my legal issue, because I was got more legal issue but I share points with my friend because some same with me. Madam was started discussion with question from problem eighteen but I think, I will not be present my points because time not enough. Im not feel comfortable with class today, when my friend, did bad mood in front madam. Seriously, I feel an exasperate with his behavior. He look not respect to madam. Madam just joke with him, but he touched.

FRIDAYS, 23 NOVEMBER 2012 At 3.00 pm, we decide to discuss about problem base learning at syariah and law faculty. Although, the wheatear overcast we cant cancel because we do not have another time to postpone. Discussion today, just five members came to discussion. One of them have class but two of them, we dont know, why they not come. I was disappointed, with my friend Nasri the second discussion still not came. We dont know what his problem. Never mind, we just continue discussion, we will tell to other members about matter we discuss today. In discussion today , we focus about which one legal issue, we will present and how much slide to prepare in power point. Besides that, we also have problem to explain about point after we choose legal issue. We dont knows, which one point is right to combine with legal issue. We have many points to explain but we not confident to present because some of members said like this and some members said like this, so some of them have many opinions. When my members said, presentation not this week, Im shocked. It is really, because my friend(syakilla) and I think this week. Im feel confuse. After we all find information about answer the PBL question, for this time we decide to present legal issue about breach of duty care and points we will present about punishment to lawyer, what next action to lawyer, did Aisha can sue that lawyer, the lawyer ethics and Aisha is defendant or plaintiff. At 4.30, we finish discussion, because we have lecture at 5.00pm.

SATURDAY, 24 NOVEMBER 2012 Holiday time, Im wake up late. Im very tired yesterday with program convocation. I was lucky because today, no have program suksis, so I more time to rest. Law?. Oh no, my PBL not finish yet. At evening, I was started to make research about my PBL. Today, I still make some research about my question because still no feel confident with my legal issue and what must be explain. Im try search latest case in google, I hope I will meet case like same with my question. Disappointed, stress and tension, Im still not found suitable contests. Im take time, to relax and release tension. At night, Im discuss with my members group. She live behind my room, try to find a solution about this question. After that, We decide to find about breach duty of care at www.rotlaw.com. A breach of duty occurs when one person or company has a duty of

care toward another person or company, but fails to live up to that standard. A person may be liable for negligence a personal injury case if his breach of duty caused another persons injuries. When considering whether a defendant in a torts case has breached his duty toward the plaintiff, the court asks several questions, including, did the defendant have a duty of toward the plaintiff? If so, was it a duty of reasonable care, or was it based on professional liability, premises liability, or another type of relationship between the plaintiff and defendant?. After, we read this text, I get some points to create with my question. But, I will not take all point from this web, because I must obtain the consent from others my group members. At Monday 26, we have discussion, so, I will tell about my point.

SUNDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2012 I wake up early today, although not really early. After finish shower, breakfast, I decide to continue study about PBL. MONDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2012 Time is running out, just have one day only before my group present at Wednesday. I know my members groups feel nervous and feel not confident because she will be present all points we was preparation. Today, we did one against discussion. We know have many part we not steal again and we also confuse, which one contest is suitable with legal issue. During discussion, we still thinking and sometime feel blank. When members from groups two came to my group and discuss about legal issue because madam did not want our legal issue same each either. So, we try discuss, group two decide they will present legal issue about did Aishah want to change another lawyer or still with that lawyer. Directly, their contests not same with my groups. They also explain what contest they will present, from that explain to same extent we understand what they prepare and we know which part they focus. After that, my leader arrange slide, he said the first slide about problems , next slide about legal issue we will list all legal issue and we will choose which one legal issue we will present, the third slide about we will explain what is breach of duty care, the fourth slide about explain why we say that problem in breach of duty care, the fifth slide what disciplinary procedures, we explain about rule 17 in which have connection with the offense lawyer and about peguam syarie(state of Selangor) rule 2008, in disciplinary action . I hope my members group can understand what we prepare for presentation.

TUESDAY, 27 NOVEMBER 2012 My friend from group two said to me, do you know, your legal issue and me same, you take my group legal issue, do you not remember, my group said to madam about my legal issue during first day discuss about PBL?. Oh my god.., suddenly Im very stress. Sometime Im feel angry with group two. Im still remember, yesterday we did discuss with one of member from group two, but why she not dispute with my legal issue when I said during we discussion. My mind feel blank, tomorrow will be start presentation, some slide we did it. I think one of member from group two, before she told my group about legal issue, she must ask their leader what exactly legal issue. All my group members shocked, what happened. A few minutes, I was got message from my group member, Shakila. She said, we have discussion at 4.00pm, I know that about that problem. After class finish at 4.00 pm, we directly to go discussion. We was got good news from my group members, she said we will proceed with our legal issue because when she saw the slide from group two, their contents not suitable with their legal issue. Their contents about procedure to lawyer and about committee to lawyer. I feel relieved, after was listened that news. So, we decide to continue with my legal issue. To presentation tomorrow, we prepare about, mean breach of duty care, explain why we choose that legal issue, disciplinary procedure, explain rule 17 and punishment to lawyer. I hope everything will be ok.
